My name is Lana, and I worked in the corporate world near Cincinnati, Ohio for a couple decades. Then, in 2018, I decided to take a hiatus; a much needed sabbatical.
That's when I began embracing my Mantra;
Stop Wondering.
Start Wandering.
I live in Northern Kentucky,
where I spend lots of quality time with my family and friends, as well as continually plan my next adventures.
I didn't start traveling until I was in college, when I chose to study abroad.
Once I took that first flight to Europe, I was bitten with the travel bug.
It turned out to be life-changing, because it led me to the most wonderful friendships while wandering the world.
Since then, I've been to over 10 countries and I plan on many more!
While I enjoy traveling the world, there’s no place like Home. So, its no surprise that I love wandering the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
My favorite international place to visit so far has been Ireland. Most recently, in November 2024, I explored Portugal. And, I've enjoyed Germany the most trips overseas.

The whole USA is a true wonder and, I recently have wandered on trips to NYC, Gulf Shores, Atlanta, Chicago, Asheville, Memphis, Cleveland, Nashville, Pittsburgh and the mountains of Northern Georgia.
And, The Hard Rock all-inclusive resorts in Riviera Maya, Mexico and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic are fantastic places to visit with friends.
I absolutely love traveling like a local. It's the best way to learn and experience the true culture of a place and its people.
